First, Why These Bucks?

Cade’s Lil Farm Gruff

Gruff is son of CADE’S LIL FARM PR JASMINE 4*M (daughter of SGCH OLD MOUNTAIN FARM SLEEPNBEAUTY 3*M 91 VEEE and +B GCH PHOENIX FARM DE POP ROCKS–a repeatedly Elite buck–and CADE’S LIL FARM BD AXEL (son of CMA IP MAYBELLINE and SG +*B FARM OLDESOUTH ZV BANDIT). Gruff’s sire is the full sister of SGCH Cade’s Lil Farm BD Revlon 1*M VVVE 90. Axel is one win away from earning his CH and is the sire of multiple champion does. Axel is also one daughter away from becoming a +B buck. Gruff’s dam has an incredibly built udder and teats. Her pedigree is simply amazing. He should bring milk and correct structure to his kids. His half siblings are earning their CH status and Es in mammary.

Springwater SDC Sweet Dreams

Just an amazing guy. I will be adding his section to the site soon. His relatives have done so well in shows this year. His littermate sister won grand champion JR doe at the Idaho State Fair. His mother, GCH Springwater U Sweet Emotion 8*M, placed 4th in the ADGA National show’s 3 year old 3rd freshener class. She also won Best of Breed and Best Udder of Breed in all 4 rings at the Syringa show in 2024. Her sire is +*B Farm Oldesouth LM Unlimited 90 VEE–an elite buck (2024? 96%) and son of a top ten doe. Unlimited was the ADGA 2022 Premier Sire, 2021 GET of Sire. His half sisters (sire and dam) all made the final line ups in their classes. More information coming soon! He is a grandson of SGCH Springwater BL Janie’s GotAGun/Frosty 7*M 90 VEEE who has 2 1000+ lb lactations, one 970 lbs lactation, 1st udder and 1st in the 3 year old 2021 National Show class. She was 2nd in the 5/6 year old class as well at a National Show and 9th place yearling milker at Nationals in 2019. Still gathering info for her. Dream’s sire is Springwater CM Counting Dreams, son of GCH Daylight Dream Katcher 91 VEEE and  GCH Wood Bridge Farm Count on Me. Dream’s father is half brother to 3 does who have appraised 92. There’s so much more to say!

RCornerRanch GF Hooligan (a Cade’s Lil Farm SY Chaos x Cade’s Lil Farm AX Gruff son)

Wethers (neutered bucks) will be $150 no matter the sire or dam. These guys will be best for pets. I may discount 2 or more going together or include a wether for $50 as a companion for any intact registered buck purchased. I may also discount for herds active in 4H, milk testing, showing, or linear appraisal.

May to be decided will be adjusting a few things as we go and see who is ready to be bred and who I held off breeding so far to keep in milk.

Interested in reserving or purchasing a Nigerian Dwarf kid from us?

Ways to get in touch with me to purchase a goat or ask questions:

Contact me by clicking on the icons above or below at the very bottom of this page.

I am still editing my policies below, as I see what fits my farm and is in the best interest of the animals.

The dates above are guidelines. I will note every exposure and window of kidding the best I can. Goats may not kid on time or have been successfully bred the first time. I do my best to be informative. Any prices above are also subject to change unless a buyer has made a reservation for a Nigerian Dwarf kid for that kidding.

I am accepting deposits for kids to hold a kid from a pairing a buyer is interested in. Buyer can pay me on Paypal using the Friends and Family option and take a screenshot of the successful payment then send it to me. I will hold the goat(s) buyer is interested in until pick up. If the buyer changes their mind, the money put down to hold a kid will go toward another kid of their choosing. WITHOUT A DEPOSIT TO HOLD KIDS ARE 1ST COME 1ST SERVE unless discussed with me.

All kids sold after 8 weeks will come disbudded, with CDT shots and CDT boosters, tattooed with registration number, registered with the ADGA, and may be weaned (unless bottle babies and buyer plans to continue bottle feeding instructions). Bottle babies may be fed goat milk, whole cow milk, or a mix of the two. Bottle babies under 8 weeks old may not come with shots or tattoos. If picked up before 7 days old, they will not be disbudded by me. That would become buyer’s responsibility. Kids picked up between 14 days old and 8 weeks old may rely on their buyer to give their second round of cdt shots, register and transfer with the ADGA, and tattoo. A note on disbudding: I try my best, but there is a chance a goat may develop scurs. Scurs can pop off and be superficial. Sometimes a disbudding is done improperly and may result in true horns, which feel solid with no wiggle and are noticeably different. If I feel a disbudding has failed, I will always inform buyers–whether the goat is developing scurs or horns.

Reservations:

A deposit is non-refundable! If you put down a non-refundable deposit to hold a kid, I will not sell that kid unless buyer changes their mind. The money can then go to another kid. You will not get that money back for changing your mind or backing out, since I have held that animal for you at the expense of moving them on to someone else. Buyers making a reservation before kids are born get first pick of a kids from the goat of their choosing unless I plan to retain a kid from that kidding. If another buyer has made a reservation from that kidding, the person to place a reservation first gets to decide on a kid before the second buyer (first come first serve). If you do not respond to me within 5 days, I will ask the next person in line for their pick. You will no longer have first pick ahead of another buyer. If you do not respond within 15 days, I assume you have backed out. We will discuss date of pickup once the kid is born. Please note bottle babies under 3 weeks old are too young to give CDT shots and tattoo. You take on responsibility for that part of raising.

After birth, I will judge the value of kids that are not reserved and may adjust their prices based on their quality and udder of their dam along with their own markings and conformation. A first time or second time freshener with an udder better than I expected will be more likely to have the prices of her kids raised. However, the price is locked and will not go up once a deposit is made unless you do not pick up the kid as either a bottle baby before 3 weeks old or a weaned kid (past 8 weeks old for an additional $50 to raise). If you do not pick up the kid by the time we have agreed, the price will go up for the time I have invested, or you will lose your right to get the kid because I need to move the animal along! As the kids grow, they will have taken more resources (hay, feed, hoof trims, shelters), so their prices will likely increase after 10 weeks of age.

Once a goat leaves my property, I am no longer able to guarantee their health. The stress of travel and moving homes itself can make goats sick. Buyer purchases the goat(s) in agreement that the animals appear in good health.
