I fell in love with Shamrock at first sight online. Then, I fell in love with her again as she turned her tail away from us and ran away when we went to see her in person at Red Horse Valley. She was just so beautiful and darling. She became a friendly girl here with a lot of spoiling. We have a joke that Shamrock protests things saying, “That’s not ADGA approved!” She has a noble pride about her. I love her and all her kids very much. Every kid from her has been so friendly and inherited her white splashes on their faces. I had to keep her boy, Enchanted Fable, because he is so beautiful and calm. To my great satisfaction, she has gone beyond a starter goat and is well deserving of her place here. She has a fabulous fore udder and area of attachment. She peaked at 4.5 lbs a day her 4th freshening at 7 years old.

Sophie has many relatives scoring E in mammary or V in mammary. Sophie earned 34 in body depth, 33 in dairyness, 27 in fore udder, 28 in rear udder height, 26 in medial. Overall, Sophie appraised 85 GVEG. She has some nice things to offer. I’d like to see a better udder arch to her. She peaked at 4.1 lbs of milk her 4th freshening (in progress). Her dam, SG RHV CTO Rachel 4*M, peaked at 4 lbs her first freshening on record. It’s the length of Rachel’s lactations that amazes me. Rachel was in milk for 575 days her second lactation, and then she was in milk 586 days her third lactation.

Her farm name is Delilah. She reminds me of Winnie the Poo with her adorable face and light gold coat. She has many amazing half sisters from the same sire. Her dam and relatives are amazing as well. Her udder is nicely attached in her udder arch. Her dam, Twin Willows J Dream Catcher, had a 9.9% butterfat and earned a Bronze JUJU for butterfat production in 2018 as a 2nd time freshener. She ranked at 80 percentile rank (top 20%) for her production evaluation. She milked 4.4 lbs and 4.2 lbs on milk test in previous homes.
