We have turkeys, ducks, and chickens. We enjoy being a part of raising heritage animals and aim to breed healthy, pretty, and breed true (when applicable) birds. Our Spanish Black tom, Drake, is pictured above. Drake has become our turkey mascot and is a great representation of R Corner Ranch and the bonds we enjoy with our creatures. Imagine Drake running alongside the ATV doing farm chores. We want to love our animals and enjoy their companionship in our time together.

There are no baby chicks in fertilized eggs that are not incubated! They are just like at the store. In fact, many eggs you buy at a store are fertilized. You can also get eggs to hatch birds yourself in your own incubator or armpit or whatever… If it is a bird egg you want, visit this page! I have prices for buying eggs for eating based on type of egg and color, and I have different prices for eggs sold to be hatched.
Feel free to contact me if you are interested in hatching a particular variety/breed. If I can, I will put some eggs in the incubator for you. Please note, I can’t guarantee they will hatch if I am hatching them myself or if you try to hatch them. Hatched chicks, young birds, and adults will be on the Poultry for sale page.
The birds we Raise
So, let’s start with turkeys! We raise Bourbon Red, Royal Palms, Mottled Black, and crossbreed type turkeys.
We raise Saxony ducks, Blue Swedish ducks, Welsh Harlequin ducks and crossbreeds. The Saxonies are my favorite. I also dearly love the Khaki Campbell who lives with them.
We breed Silver Spangled Appenzeller Spitzhaubens, Lavender Ameraucanas, and Barnevelders. We also hatch fun crosses. We have many other chickens for egg laying and companionship.
